St. Francis High School social studies teacher Kelly Lipinski helped author a case study that earned a national honor at the National Association of Economic Educators (NAEE) conference this year.
“Minimum Wage: A Minnesota Case Study” received the Platinum Award—the highest distinction. This lesson was a collaboration between the Minnesota Council on Economic Education (MCEE), the St. Cloud State University Center for Economic Education, and the Heller-Hurwicz Economics Institute at the University of Minnesota, authored by Dr. Lynn MacDonald and Lipinski.
