Ryder and Anniston

Update: St. Francis High School cross country student-athletes sophomore Anniston Rolf and freshman Ryder Mold both earned All-State honors following their performance at the 2025 Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) Class AA Cross Country Running State Meet on Nov. 1.

In her third appearances at a state meet, Rolf raced to ninth with a time of 18:45.7. It is her first All-State award of her cross country career. She placed second in the Section 5AA meet and broke her own school record this season.

In his second state cross country race, Mold placed 16th with a time of 16:06.4. He also gathered All-State recognition last year after placing 24th. In the section race, Mold finished his 5K race in third place.


St. Francis High School cross country student-athletes sophomore Anniston Rolf and freshman Ryder Mold have both qualified for the 2025 Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) Class AA Cross Country Running State Meet set for Nov. 1 at the University of Minnesota Les Bolstad Golf Course.

Qualified: Rolf qualified for the girls team after placing second in the Section 5AA meet with a time of 19:01.01 in the 5K race. Earlier this season she broke her own school record. Rolf is making her third state appearance after placing 30th last year with a time of 19:31.

In the boys section race, Mold finished his 5k race in third place with a time of 16:10.9. He is racing in his second cross country state event after earning all-state honors last season with a time of 16:20 to place 24th.

Event information: On Saturday, the boys AA race begins at 12:15 p.m., while the girls race is scheduled for a 1 p.m. start. View the live results link and spectator guide for more information about the event.
