As we approach our Boosterthon Fun Run on Wednesday, November 1, I want to communicate the plans that are in place to address the possibility of inclement weather. Boosterthon, the company who hosts our Fun Run, will determine if the forecasted weather will allow them to use their equipment outside. They will make the determination Monday (10/30) which of the following plans we will follow:
Plan A - Boosterthon will set up two outdoor tracks with multiple grades running to music in front of parent spectators.
The Fun Run Schedule:
9:30 - 10:30 - grades K, 1, 2
2:15 - 3:15 - grades 3, 4, 5
Plan B - Boosterthon will set up an indoor track with individual grades running to music in a dark, glow stick/black light environment. Unfortunately, spectators will not be an option for plan B due to space concerns.
